LETS try lunch and dinner

If you saw my last post, Vacation Food All Week, you know I was successful in my breakfast endeavor. As a result of my confidence I decided to give lunch & dinner a go. I took the same approach no real plan in mind just deciding as I went.

I became vegetarian at the end of 2017. Many of the things I enjoyed as a meat eater I’ve had to rework to make veggie friendly. I’m lucky enough to have a grocery store that has a good selection of plant-based meat alternatives. While it doesn’t taste exactly like meat to me it doesn’t have to. It’s more of a way for me to feel like I’m not missing out. My number one rule when cooking meat free is if it makes a meat eater jealous I did a good job. 

I think I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself.
